MY MEALS (19-2-19)

Breakfast: Milk with Colacao and some biscuits.
First lunch(high school): A tangerine.
Second lunch(high school): Ham and cheese sandwich.
Lunch: Pasta salad(pasta,corn,oil,cooked egg and olives) and an orange.
Snack: Strawberries and a tangerine mixed with a yogurt.
Dinner: Beef fillets and strawberries.


I should improve my diet by eating at the correct times to stay neither too full nor too hungry.
Maybe I should also eat more legumes because it has proteins.
For breakfast I should eat a piece of fruit or make myself a orange juice,something like this.

    I think that your diet is healthy and balanced, but for breakfast,I agree with you that you should eat a piece of fruit. You must to remember that eating fruit is healthier than drinking juice, because fruit has less sugar than juice and it gives us more fiber.

    I don't think either that you should eat less at dinner, because if you do sport in the afternoon, Beef filets and strawberries provide you proteins and carbohydrates necessary for a good recovery..

  2. "I must improve my diet eating the necessary hours and stay neither too full nor hungry" is not correct. The correct way would be: "I should improve my diet by eating at the correct times to stay neither too full nor too hungry".

    "...or make me a orange juice..."is not correct. The correct way would be: "make myself an orange juice..."

    Correct your mistakes in your blog, please!
