SAILING IN THE SEA (BLOWING IN THE WIND)🎵🎤

How many birds are there in the sky
Before they leave my life?
How many kinds of loves will I have
Before they make me cry?
How many husbands will I have
Pretending they marry with me?
(The answer my friend,is sailing in the sea
The answer is sailing in the sea-x2)

How many stars are there in the space
Before they can't shine more than now?
How many styles of people are there
Before they changes their lifes?
How many soldiers can leave the worst war
Before the bombe break their lifes?
(The answer my friend,is sailing in the sea
The answer is sailing in the sea-x2)

In the course of the race, one of the commissioners, called Jock Semple, who was co-director of the race, detecting that Kathrine Switzer was, in effect, a woman, tried to stop her, left behind her and shouted: "Get out of here. my race and give me back the number! Yes,of course.Wihtout sadness or melancholy the music would be very different.

-Or must music always make you feel happy or glad?
No,the music can make you differents feellings depends on style of music,rythm...

PROYECT I

-Which one do you prefer?Why?(2-3 lines)
I prefer the first one(Bob Dylan's version).Because it's the original version and I like so much his voice. Also he play the guitar while he sing and it makes a good mixture.

-Who was Bob Dylan?(2-3 lines)
Is an American singer-songwriter, author and artist who has been an influential figure in music and popular culture for more than five decades.

-Make a writting about the sixties(4-5 lines)
The 1960s began on January 1, 1960 and ended on December 31, 1969.In the 60s we witnessed the moments of greatest political conflict between the blocs formed by the United States and the Soviet Union, in the so-called Cold War, which emerged at the end of the Second World War.

I choose Vivaldi's four seasons. His composer is Antonio Lucio Vivaldi(Venice, March 4, 1678-Vienna-July 28, 1741) was a composer, violinist, businessman, teacher and Venetian Catholic priest of the Baroque. He was nicknamed "the red priest" for being a priest and redhead.

THEORICAL EXERCISES FIRST EVALUATION(III)

Endurance🏃

-What is endurance as basic physical ability?
It's the ability to withstand stress over prolonged periods of time. An endurance sport is therefore any sport in which there is a prolonged physical stress.

-How many types of endurance are there?Explain them and give an example of each of them.
  • Aerobic endurance:is nothing more than the ability to perform a long-duration, low-intensity effort for a long period of time, keeping the oxygen supply and consumption in balance.Example:run,jump,cycling,walk..
  • Anaerobic endurance:is the ability to perform efforts or activities of short duration but of a high degree of intensity, there being an imbalance between the contribution and the consumption of oxygen.

DIFERENCIES

-How can I improve my endurance?Explain two exercises to improve aerobic endurance.

  • Running long distances at a slow pace.
  • Do high intensity exercises.
  • Practice a rutine with the bicycle,swimming...
  • It combines the work of strength and cardiovascular capacity.

SOME EXAMPLES OF AEROBIC EXERCISES:

THEORICAL EXERCISES FIRST EVALUATION(II)

Flexibility

-What is flexibility as basic physical capacity?
The range of motion of a given joint or group of joints or the level of tissue extensibility that a muscle group possesses.
-What factors does flexibility depend on?
  • Joint mobility or movement possibilities of joint:The characteristics of each articulation determine the amplitude of the movements that can be achieved in each one of them.
  • Agonist muscle strength:The musculature responsible for producing the action must be strong enough to, in its contraction, bring the segment or part of the body to its position of maximum amplitude.
  • Muscle elasticity:The muscle subjected to a sufficient force yields and increases its length, once the cause that caused this lengthening has given way, the muscle returns to its primitive extension. This ability of the muscle to elongate and then return to its initial state, is what is called "elasticity"
  • Intermuscular coordination:In any movement, even when it is done with a goal of developing flexibility; This is the result of the joint participation of different muscle groups that must act in an orderly manner in terms of time and tension. If this were not so, the movement would not be synchronized.

THEORICAL EXERCISES FIRST EVALUATION(I)

Strength💪

-What is strength as basic physical ability?

Is the physical energy that you have, which gives you the ability to perform various actions, such as lifting or moving things.

-How many types of strength are there?Explain them and give an example of each of them.
  • Absolute strength:This is the maximum force that  your musculature can exert for a particular action, whether it’s a press, a squat, or a pull. Usually this type is measured in terms of total weight lifted. The sport of powerlifting is a good example of athletes training for absolute strength.
  • Relative strength:Relative strength involves performing brief but maximal voluntary contractions to improve the neural drive to the muscle. Tapping into the highest-threshold motor units and making use of force development is by performing exercises within the 3-5 rep range. This quality is especially important for athletes in weight classes, such as boxing, wrestling, and weightlifting.

  • Power:Power considers how quickly you can use your strength. It’s measured by strength x speed. Lifting the same barbell weight but taking longer to do it indicates less power. For instance, we can can see how powerful we are by how high or far we can jump.
  • Endurance strength:This is the ability to perform at a near low-mid level of strength repeatedly over a period of time. It’s the specific form displayed in activities which require a relatively long duration of muscle tension with minimal decrease in efficiency. Exercises such as hill running, pushing/pulling a sled or high volume weightlifting will work.
